  This is a small town port office. There is a bigger one downtown. Yes, The lady behind the desk can bit a bit harsh, but frankly - we live in a small ski town and she has a colorful personality. Suck it up. 90% of parcels come via UPS/fedex from Amazon anyhow. Or use email. This post office is no frills but gets the job done.

  I would give a 0 if I could. This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They are not open at all on weekends. If you get a package delivered after 12pm on Friday you will not get it until Monday. I have requested 2x to have my packages out in a locker, they even put a post it note on my PO box and I STILL got a slip to pick up on Monday. The woman who works the desk is also NOT friendly and yells at you from the back to “Hold on a minute” when you ring the bell for service. Expect to wait over 5 minutes for her to come out to “help” you. There are posters all over the lobby with “customer service” expectations also and this location fails miserably. I regret massively opening a P.O. box here.
