  Decided to stop by at around 11:30am and went through the drive through. No one greeted us or said anything so thought maybe it’s broken. Let’s park and go inside. Proceeded to walk up to the door only to see that all doors were closed. With the sign saying open. Knocked on the door yet no one came to help or explain if it was open or anything I could see employees just talking in the lounge area tho. It was a bit disappointing. Waited a bit and saw another employee walk up and they let them right in waited for about 10 minutes until I left disappointed and hungry. Why have a sign saying open when they aren’t and don’t even explain or answer drive through saw about 5 cars drive off mad. Customer service needs work... asap
